HOW TO REDUCE FAT WITH CUMIN SEEDS





Cumin seeds can be used to help reduce weight in several ways:

- Soak cumin seed at night with one cup of water, and in the morning, boil it for 5 minutes and drink it. If you don’t have time, drink it without boiling. You can add lemon or honey to make it tasty.

- Take 2 tablespoon of Cumin seeds and soak it in a glass of water for overnight. You can also use grounded cumin seeds.

- Take 3gm of cumin powder and few drops of honey.

- Steep two teaspoons of cumin seeds in 1.5 quarts of boiling water, strain the seeds out, and drink the water that’s been infused with cumin’s healthy oils and extracts.

- Add cumin seeds or powder to your food or take them in supplement form. Start with a small amount and increase gradually to avoid any gastrointestinal side effects.
